“Gaia’s Legation” amidst the Cosmos

The collection consists of 5 artworks created using modern day materials and technology whilst being inspired by humankind’s earliest interpretations and long held perceptions of the Cosmos.

Rooted in diverse, yet connected, cosmic beliefs widely held by different and multiple religions and civilizations, my artworks represent the human perception and interpretation of the cosmos. Artworks have been conceived and crafted right here on Earth (as personified by Gaia), and appropriately named as “Gaia’s Legation”. They have been tasked to visually express and profess our opinions of the cosmos, not from afar, but from amidst the celestial throne of the cosmos itself.

Gaia’s Legation is the resultant visual embodiment of my study and investigation into humankind’s long held beliefs and perceptions of the cosmos and represents a micro-section of the cosmos itself.

It was only fair to place the artworks titled “Gaia’s Legation” amidst the very cosmos, they represent to us, and that we as the children of Gaia stand so fascinated and in perpetual awe of.

The micro-section of the cosmos I created, in the image of the cosmos, I hereby send back to the Cosmos!
